In der neuesten Gallup Studie wurden 13.000 US-Arbeitnehmer:innen befragt, was sie sich f\u00fcr ihren n\u00e4chsten Job w\u00fcnschen – und \u00dcberraschung, \u00dcberraschung: <\/span><\/p>\n

Bessere Bezahlung und Sozialleistungen sowie eine bessere Vereinbarkeit von Beruf und Privatleben haben f\u00fcr alle Befragten Priorit\u00e4t, aber es gibt deutliche Unterschiede zwischen den W\u00fcnschen von Frauen und M\u00e4nnern.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Frauen legen Wert auf ein diverses (von Vielfalt gepr\u00e4gtes) und inklusives (Integration f\u00f6rderndes) Unternehmen: mehr als die H\u00e4lfte der Frauen gab an, dass die Arbeit in einem diversen und integrativen Unternehmen “sehr wichtig” ist (im Vergleich zu nur 30 % der M\u00e4nner).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
