In the latest Gallup study, 13,000 US workers were asked what they wanted in their next job – and surprise, surprise:
Better pay and benefits and a better work-life balance are priorities for all respondents, but there are clear differences between the wishes of women and men.
Women value a diverse (characterised by diversity) and inclusive (promoting integration) company: more than half of women stated that working in a diverse and inclusive company is “very important” (compared to only 30% of men).
