What’s the coolest thing about your job?

Adapt quickly to new situations, new companies and new people. And when customers then say that I was able to help them quickly and without complications.

Which topic in HR do you enjoy the most?

It’s actually not one particular topic, but the variety of topics that come together in HR management. From tricky labor law topics to creative personnel development – I enjoy it most when there is a little bit of everything.

Who would you like to meet in person? (famous / historical person)

Actually, I would love to meet my grandparents. They weren’t famous, but I’d love to chat about their personal experiences.

Which book impressed you the most?

I read a lot and with pleasure. As I am also a writer myself, I am impressed by all books that are written in such a way that you can’t put them down after the first page. (e.g. books by Daniel Glattauer, Meike Winnemuth, Elisabeth Gilbert, Jo Nesbö,….)

You have a wish, what do you wish for?

More mindfulness in dealing with the world we live in.
